3monk3ys Launches 3 Apps on iPhone

Orlando, Florida – July 11, 2008 – 3monk3ys, a developer of games for iPhone, announced three new applications for iPhone, available in English and Japanese. Players can download these applications from the App store from $1.99 USD (iSoroban) to $2.99 USD (DoubleDrop and Attitude).

DoubleDrop
DoubleDrop is a puzzle game where the goal is to remove all tiles from the screen. Tiles are removed by tapping on groups of two or more matching color tiles. When tiles are removed, the tiles above fall down and allow new color alignments. In order to obtain more color alignments, players orient the screen left, up, or right (no upside down). This changes the way tiles fall, and allows the realignment of single tiles with matching colors.

Attitude
Attitude is a simulator of an airplane's Attitude Indicator (ADI). The game uses the iPhone's accelerometer to mimic the gyroscope of the ADI. Take it with you on your next flight to have some fun! You can also mount it in your car or SUV during your next off-road adventure.

iSoroban
Soroban is what the Japanese call the abacus, an ancient calculating tool for arithmetic processes. iSoroban simulates the soroban. It does not calculate for you. You need to think for yourself using this tool, so this is a very good exercise for your brain. On iSoroban, there is a digital field to check the number you have on the iSoroban. You also can shake the iPhone to reset.
